Deal Administration takes care of any deal related paperwork whether it be on the Listing Side or Buying Side
(Accounts Receivable / Payable). We will handle reporting, and submit the paperwork to the lawyer once the
deal is firm or conditional with a quick closing. Other tasks overseen by Deals are accounts payable and
receivable, payroll, bank deposits, monthly billing and commission advances. If you have any questions
