Deal Administration takes care of any deal related paperwork whether it be on the Listing Side or Buying Side (Accounts Receivable / Payable).  We will handle reporting, and submit the paperwork to the lawyer once the deal is firm or conditional with a quick closing. Other tasks overseen by Deals are accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank deposits, monthly billing and commission advances. If you have any questions regarding commissions, advances on commission or your monthly expense statement please contact Deals.

Alana is your new favourite person. She is always willing to listen, help and teach you how to learn new skills. There really isn’t anything that she can’t do to assist you. You are the customer of Crosstown and Alana’s role is to help you feel valued and to answer any of your questions. She will facilitate to get you the answers you need in a timely manner. Alana will help with social media, on-boarding, continued support and set up individual training sessions on some of the systems that you require as a realtor.

One of Crosstown’s more exclusive services is our inhouse graphics & marketing specialist who will create stunning graphics for all your real estate needs. Whether you are promoting a listing online or in-person, we can generate anything from social media advertising to postcards and feature brochures. If the materials you are looking for are not already offered with our in-house printing, graphics can be sent to any preferred printer to ensure you get the deliverables that please both yourself and your clientele.
